Cancellation Policy

More Than Skin Deep Spa maintains a professional environment and reserves the right to discontinue services at any time. Hygiene is essential, and clients should not arrive directly after the gym or in an unsanitary condition. Any form of disrespect, inappropriate behavior, sexual advances, or unauthorized touching will result in the immediate termination of the appointment. In these cases, no refund will be issued, and full payment for the scheduled service will still be required. Deposits are non‑refundable. If an emergency occurs and you are unable to reschedule within 24–48 hours, you may pay a transfer fee of $30 to move your appointment. Without the transfer fee, the deposit is forfeited and a new booking will be required. Habitual rescheduling within the 24–48 hour window may result in dismissal as a client of MTSD Spa. These policies ensure fairness, respect, and a smooth experience for all clients.
